Simple and delicious crepes served these dumplings as an appetizer at a dinner a few days ago ...
For crepes (with such amount shall be ten):
flour: 2 tablespoons
eggs: 3
milk: 1 cup low
pepper and salt (which can add to the eggs)
butter or oil: to grease the pan
mix all ingredients, then heat a pan with butter (to be dried with a paper towel).
With a small spoon, add the batter to the quantities considered that my pancakes are never larger than a palm.
The crepes are then filled to your liking: I opted for the ham and brie with agretti (which are first boiled in unsalted boiling water and seasoned with a bit of lemon). Some agretti I used them to close the dumplings crepes (even helping me with a stick).
